• Only active paid members at the time of each tier being reached are eligible.

• Each member starts with 5 points, plus 5 points per successful referral.

• Referrals must include your name + email in the referral field to be valid.

• All prizes are distributed via secure shipping or digital code within 7 days of winner selection.

• No purchase of giveaway items is allowed. Any attempts will be refunded immediately.

• Giveaway items may be replaced with a product of equal or greater value if availability changes.

🔹 Who can enter the giveaway?

Only active paying members are eligible. You must have an active plan (starting at $5/month) at the time of the drawing to qualify.

🔹 How do I earn raffle points?

• You automatically get 5 points when you sign up as a paid member.

• You earn 5 more points for every person you refer who also signs up with a paid plan.

🔹 How do referrals work?

To count as a successful referral:

• The person must become a paid member, and

• They must enter your name and email in the “Referred By” section when they sign up.

🔹 What can I win?

Prizes include:

Each tier unlocks a new prize as we grow. One prize per tier, randomly awarded.

🔹 When are winners selected?

Every time we hit a new tier (e.g. 200, 400, 600 members), we announce a winner for that prize. You must be a paid member when the tier is reached to qualify.

🔹 How will I know if I win?

Winners are contacted by email or text within 5–7 business days of each tier being hit. Prizes are shipped or emailed to you directly.

🔹 Can I buy a prize directly instead of entering the giveaway?

No. Giveaway rewards are not for sale. If anyone tries to purchase one out of pocket, their order will be refunded immediately. All items are only redeemable through:

• Loyalty points

• Promo codes

• Giveaway entry

🔹 Are the prizes brand new?

Yes, all prizes are brand new or certified refurbished (if noted) and shipped directly from verified retailers.

🔹 What if the item I win is out of stock?

We’ll replace it with an item of equal or greater value (we promise to keep it fair and exciting).
